These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CostaTrip AI S.L. (en constitución), Costa del Sol, Málaga, España. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms in full.

2. The service
CostaTrip AI offers AI-generated travel itineraries and concierge content focused on the Costa del Sol and surrounding regions. Itineraries are suggestions only and do not constitute professional travel, legal or medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at info@costatripai.com immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Subscription plans
- Free — € 0 / month: limited itinerary generation, first day preview only.
- Premium — €7.99 / month: unlimited itineraries, full multi-day plans, PDF export, hidden gems and local tips.
- Business — €49 / month: everything in Premium plus team seats, white-label exports and priority support.
3-day trial for €1: a one-off introductory offer that converts automatically to a Premium monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are provided for the current paid period or partial months.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. CostaTrip AI does not store your credit card data. We receive only the metadata necessary to manage your subscription (plan, status, billing period).
8. Disclaimer
Itineraries are AI-generated recommendations. Prices, opening hours, availability and travel conditions change frequently — always verify with the venue or provider before relying on the information. CostaTrip AI is not responsible for third-party services, bookings or experiences arranged based on our suggestions.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, resell access, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, branding, design and code are owned by CostaTrip AI S.L. Generated itineraries are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights.
